30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied with your Chrovax Easy Glide Lip Liner, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at shopchrovax@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopchrovax@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have concerns, contact us at shopchrovax@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
